Webinar on Transforming the Health Sector: Emerging Role of AYUSH

In Union Budget 2021-22, various announcements have been made to transform the Health Care Sector of the Country to meet the emerging challenges like the one we faced in the form of COVID-19 pandemic.
Govt. has been laying focus on improving the role of AYUSH Systems of health care especially in view of the huge response generated in the country towards AYUSH based interventions during COVID-19 pandemic in last one year.
For 2021-22 financial year, there has been an increase of about 39% in budgetary allocation to Ministry compared to 2020-21 budget.
How budgetary announcements can be translated on ground by reorienting our implementation strategies, to achieve the National goals of Health & Wellness for all and to have better preparedness to deal with situations like the ones created by COVID-19.
Ministry of AYUSH has prepared its draft plan and implementation strategies to enhance the role of AYUSH in transforming Health Sector.
Public and stakeholders are requested to share the valuable ideas/inputs which would help us in further improving our strategies to achieve goals.

Dr Sree Hanuman...

AYUSH SYSTEMS have their unique way of treatment for communicable and non - communicable diseases by mode of preventive, curative and early diagnosis of case along with life style modifications
--- AYUSH System of medicines - cost effective, effective in their action, no side effects, charging low prices (cheaper).
Health care workers are more helpful in COVID -19 scenario to restore the health from sick. Ministry of health is utilizing the services of AYUSH doctors to educate, motivate and create awareness among people so as to attain a reasonable level of basic health services.

आयुर्वेदाचार्य ...

My Name is AYURVEDACHARYA CHINTAN MANDORA.I am from Palapur (385001)Banaskantha Gujarat.I am working as RBSK MO under NHM.In Covid’s pandemic time we all have done very risky and appreciable work by dealing with positive patients and still working.I know that now Ayurveda is reaching to its valuable height though we AYURVEDACHARYAS are not getting proper pay as compare to their work.Main cause(NIDANA) behind it is our recruitment’s by government .We are not getting proper exposure by government so we can’t serve Ayurveda to the people who need it.Because of under pay all AYURVEDACHARYAS are going for GP(General Practice) and practising Modern medical science (allopathy) to full fill their family and responsibilities.I hope you understand that what i want to say.So I am requesting you to solve this problem according to Ayurveda cure the Nidan then Ayurveda will come at its proper valuable height people can take its advantage and stay Healthy.Thank you.
